Archangel Gabriel: The Messenger Angel

Al crecer, yo siempre supe que el Arcángel Gabriel era el ángel que le dijo a la Virgen María del próximo nacimiento de su hijo Jesús. Y yo sabía que la Navidad era la época del año en que celebramos el nacimiento de Jesús, por lo que Gabriel estaba estrechamente ligada a esa memoria.

Recuerdo que María tenía miedo cuando Gabriel se acercó a ella, pero Gabriel la tranquilizó diciendo que tenía un mensaje importante que decirle. Trato de imaginar lo que se siente o cómo reaccionaría si un ángel apareciera a mí y me pidiera hacer una misión importante como la de María. Debe haber sido tan increíble ver a Gabriel en toda su fuerza y ​​belleza.

Todos los ángeles son mensajeros de Dios, pero Gabriel es el patrón de todos los escritores y comunicadores. Su nombre significa "Dios es mi fuerza" y podemos invocarla cualquier momento que tengamos que superar el miedo o la dilación en cualquier situación que implique una comunicación.

Uno de sus más importantes funciones distintas de la Anunciación de la Virgen María del nacimiento de su hijo Jesús, fue el dictado del Corán a Mahoma. Ella es el ángel mensajero. Y ahora que sé que me puede ayudar con mis escritos para que puedan ser una representación del Divino mensaje de Dios, voy a orarle a ella cada vez que me siento a escribir.

Growing up I always knew that Archangel Gabriel was the Angel that told the Virgin Mary of the upcoming birth of her son Jesus. And I knew that Christmas was the time of the year when we celebrated the birth of Jesus, and so Gabriel was tightly linked to that memory.

I remember Mary being afraid when Gabriel came to her, but Gabriel soothed her saying that she had an important message to tell her. I try to imagine what it would feel like or how I would react if an Angel were to appear to me and ask me to do an important mission like Mary's was. It must have been so incredible to see Gabriel in all her strength and beauty.

All Angels are messengers of God, but Gabriel is the patron of all writers and communicators. Her name meeans "God is my strength" and we may invoke her any time we need to overcome fear or procrastination in any situation that involves a communication.

One of her most important roles other than the Annunciation to the Virgin Mary of the birth of her son Jesus was the dictation of the Koran to Mohammed. She is the messenger Angel. And now that I know that she can help me with my writing so that it may be a representation of God's Divine Message, I will pray to her everytime I sit down to write.
