Sansara

La semana pasada me pasé 4 días en Sansara Surf y Yoga Resort. Situado en Cambutal, Los Santos. Profundo en el interior de Panamá las vistas en el camino eran hermosas. Cuanto más profundo entraba más verde y montañas veía. Realmente fue la alfombra roja de la bonita localidad que sería mi hogar durante los próximos 4 días.

Last week I spent 4 days at Sansara Surf and Yoga Resort. Placed in Cambutal, Los Santos deep in the interior of Panama the sightseeing on the way there was beautiful. The deeper I got the more green and mountains I saw. It really was the red carpet to the beautiful resort that would be my home for the next 4 days.

Tan pronto como llegué me ofrecieron un batido de cortesía y me acompañaron a mi habitación. Era hermosa, con una terraza que daba a la playa y el océano.

As soon as I arrived I was offered a complimentary smoothie as I was escorted to my room. It was beautiful with a terrace that looked to the beach and ocean.

Mi segundo día allí hice exactamente lo que vine a la localidad para hacer: el yoga y el surf. La sesión de yoga fue en una hermosa cabaña con vista a la playa y el océano. Fue una clase muy relajante y vigorizante.

My second day there I did exactly what I came to the resort to do: yoga and surf. The yoga session was in a beautiful hut overlooking the beach and ocean. It was a very relaxing and envigorating class.

Por la tarde practiqué un poco mis técnicas de surf y luego salí al agua. Es una sensación maravillosa cuando estás en el mar surfeando. Hace que te enfoques en lo que estás haciendo en el momento y se te olvidan todas sus preocupaciones.

In the afternoon I did some brushing up on my surfing techniques and then went out into the water. Its such a wonderful feeling when you are out in the water surfing. It makes you focus on what you are doing and so you forget all your cares.

La comida en el hotel era increíble. Siendo vegana no es fácil de encontrar tal gourmet y deliciosas opciones. Y el servicio era fenomenal.

The food at the hotel was amazing. Being a vegan its not easy to find such gourmet and delicious options. And the service was phenomenal.

Apesar de que fui en esta escapada por mi cuenta, nunca me sentí sola. Todo el mundo me hizo sentir como en casa y mi estancia fue simplemente maravilloso.

Eventhough I went on this escapade on my own, I never felt alone. Everyone there made me feel right at home and my stay was just wonderful.
